Fotis Begklis
I am a digital filmmaker, educator, and researcher with more than 20 years of experience in media production.
I have been involved in a variety of media roles and industries, and have created, directed and produced a wide range of informative, entertaining and educational projects including: feature films; short films; music videos; and media-rich web sites.
I currently work at Imperial College Business School as educational media producer. In 2012 I started a part-time Ph.D at Westminster University researching the use of online interactive video in essay and documentary film production.
At the heart of this research is an experimental online interactive video essay (“The Grand Tour”) that will provide opportunities to see how “re-mediating” digital media materials in the space of interactive videos can create new film montage possibilities.
